Fill the T.C. application form with all details as per your college records.
Your final year (III year Mark sheet For Under-Graduate Courses & Final Year for Post-Graduate Courses), passport size photo & valid Identity proof are to be attached in this form. These files should be in JPG format only and the size of the documents should be less than 500kb, else it will not be uploaded.
Kindly attach the copy of the receipt of caution money deposited in the college in the space provided. Original Fee Receipt is to be deposited at cash counter at the time of TC collection.
TC charges are Rs. 100, which can be paid via credit card, debit card, net banking or UPI. You will be diverted to payment page once you submit TC application.
You can collect you TC from College Library after 3 working days of successful application submission.
College will refund your Caution money in your Bank account after issue of TC & submission of original receipt in college, provide Bank Details (In the name of Student Only) in this form for the same.
